Your personal and credit card information is safe with us. Our secure server software is the industry standard and encrypts the personal information shared with us during the ordering process. For added security, we do NOT keep your credit card information on file.

Payment information

• We accept payment with credit cards online or by check or money order.
• Please make checks payable to Cay Garcia

• We generally ship orders within 2-3 days.
  
• Packages are shipped Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 days from the day of shipping however that is not guaranteed.
• Personal Check, Money Order and Cashier's Check purchases will not ship until the check clears which usually takes 7 days, but could take up to 14 days.

• If you ever have a problem with an item you have purchased from us or questions when you receive your order, please contact us so that we may resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our goal.

• We love happy customers! If you receive an item that is not what you expected you may return it within 5 days for a refund or exchange
• Please email us so that we know you have sent an item back for refund or exchange
• Returned items must arrive back to us in the same condition that we sent them out to you with all tags or identifying marks intact.
• Item must be postmarked within 5 days of the day you received it. If you are ordering an item as a gift, please let us know so we may extend our return policy for your purchase.
• Please purchase Delivery Confirmation and Insurance on returned items. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of a returned item.

• Please contact us immediately if you received a damaged item. We will inform you of the best way to deal with this based on the shipping method.
• Claims will be made through the original shipping company. Guidelines for insurance claims vary so please contact us immediately so that we can help with the claim process.
• Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them.
